Shipping policy

Your product will be shipped immediately following manufacture, or immediately if off the shelf products are ordered.
Generally, the time from order to dispatch is one week maximum, but this may differ depending on materials and supply.
At all times you will be informed of delays or progress regarding estimated dispatch.
Shipping charges are charged on a flat rate for the item’s weight. Actual cost may exceed this charge without additional charge to you, at the discretion of N’hay.
Shipping always includes tracking for your security.
At times, your product may have to be signed for upon collection.
